In September 2000, he left India with nothing but ambition. Trained in Switzerland in hotel and tourism management, he later worked in the US luxury cruise sector.  Landing in London in 2005, he began investing in property. Then he opened his first restaurant—Waterfront. Today, he commands a fleet of 8 elite establishments under his empire.
